In the beautiful holiday complex of Marina de la Alcaidesa, you will find this 3-bedroom penthouse with a fantastic view of the sea, links golf course, beach, Gibraltar, and Morocco. The holiday home consists of a large living room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 people. The equipment also includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, and many other home comforts.
The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom has a queen size bed. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, and bedroom 3 has 2 single beds. All beds have high-quality mattresses to ensure the best comfort. An additional single bed can be provided upon request.
The private outdoor area features a large balcony, an open terrace, a dining area, and a comfortable outdoor lounge area with wicker-style sofa, chairs, and tables. The gardens and 4 pool areas of the well-kept complex are shared with other guests.
There are several restaurants, bars, and a mini supermarket within 1 or 2 km. Another highlight of the accommodation is the proximity to the beach of La Alcaidesa, which can be reached in a few minutes on foot (500 m).
The Wi-Fi connection is suitable for mobile working and video calls. Pets are allowed if requested in advance. Parking is available on the property. Bed linen and towels are included.

Pros: very nice apartment, swimming pools and garden first class.
an excellent starting point for excursions and sightseeing in Andalucia.

Pros: Alcaidesa har to rigtig gode golfbaner. Fra lejligheden er der udsigt til flere huller på linksbanen ... og selvfølgelig til Gibraltar :o)
Vi rejste to generationer sammen - derfor var terrassen perfekt til at mor kunne slappe af i solen, mens vi spillede golf. Terrassen går rundt om gavlen på huset, så der er også mulighed for at spise ude i aftensolen.
Rigtig god og rummelig lejlighed, samt køkken med god plads til at lave mad.
En bil er et must, da der ikke er de store muligheder for indkøb i nærheden.

Pros: I have visited this apartment 3 times in the last 2 years and am blown away by it. You never get tired of that view from the balcony and the golfing facilities on the resort are excellent. The apartment is spacious, airy and has everything you need for an enjoyable holiday. I particularly like the security and underground parking. The apartment is very well maintained and on the one occasion I had to call out an electrician the fault was fixed within a few hours.
All communications, both with the owner and agent have been excellent and I look forward to visiting again soon.
