Nestled on the beautiful north coast of Puerto Rico, Casa Bali is a private second-floor haven thoughtfully designed to offer you the ultimate relaxation and peace of mind. This fully equipped two-bedroom, one-bathroom retreat features a comfortable living room and all the essentials you need to cook up your favorite meals. Step outside onto your private terrace to grill on the Blackstone, unwind in your exclusive private pool, or enjoy the convenience of free on-site parking. Perfectly situated right in the middle of the vibrant north area.
Guests will have full, exclusive access to the entire second-floor apartment. The private pool and the spacious outdoor terrace

Turn OFF AC units and lights when leaving the property.
There is a quiet curfew. No loud noise after 11pm
Make sure to clean the grill. If left messy there will be a $75 cleaning fee.
If the rental is left In an unusually messy state a $100 fee will be charged.
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit.
There is a $150 charge if tenants smoke inside the Villa
Please smoke in the designated Smoking area
