2 miles from Arrowhead Stadium, this spacious split-level older home provides a comfortable space to relax before or after a game. You’ll be about a 15-minute drive from the Fan Festival and downtown attractions.

The space
This is an older split level home so please take note that there are steps to access the home and to get to the bedrooms.
Be sure to read the house rules.
This home is intended for quiet enjoyment by registered guests only.
No parties, events, receptions, or large gatherings permitted.
The house is a short drive to many grocery stores, Wal-Mart, restaurants, the KC Zoo & Aquarium, Prehistoric Putt Putt, Kauffman Stadium for the Royals, and Arrowhead for the Chiefs.
Please do NOT smoke inside the house, sunroom, or on the patio. Guests may smoke in the driveway, but please do not leave any cigarette butts or ash.
The washer and dryer are in the unfinished basement area. It’s a smaller stacked washer dryer so don’t plan to do giant loads of laundry, but it gets the job done. Laundry detergent is provided.

Guests will have access to the entire home except the basement while it is under renovations and the shed.

World Cup Match/Royals Game Transportation
The easiest way to attend matches at Arrowhead is to leave your vehicle at the house and take a short Uber/Lyft ride to the stadium.
You can use the official ConnectKC26 Stadium Direct shuttle service via either:
• Downtown KC (Fan Festival / Stadium Direct hub)
• Graceway Park & Ride in Raytown
From there, express buses run directly to Arrowhead Stadium. Match-day parking at the stadium will be very limited and rideshare prices after games are expected to be high. Allow at least 2–3 hours before kickoff for transportation and security screening.
There is also a city bus RideKC 28 (Blue Ridge route) stop at the end of the street that will take you to the corner or Stadium Dr. and Raytown Rd. for a short walk to the Stadium. The bus does not run on Sundays and does not run late at night. The bus fares are $2-$4.
We do not recommend walking from the house to the stadium as there is no sidewalk on most of the route. The walk is approx. 45 minutes.
