This magnificent 80 m² detached villa, situated within the Le Domaine du Golf complex in Fabrègues, offers a self-contained layout and high-end amenities. Ideal for large families or groups of friends, this detached villa features a gym, a hot tub (at an additional cost), a communal gym and an outdoor swimming pool. Outside, a sunny terrace with garden furniture and is perfect for al fresco dining. The interior, which is bright and air-conditioned on the ground floor only, is spread over two levels and is heated. The ground floor comprises a comfortable living room with a seating area, dining table and television, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with hobs, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a fridge-freezer and basic kitchenware. There is also a master bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm), a bathroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet, as well as a washing machine. The first floor, which is quiet and peaceful, has two further bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate guests: one with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and the other with two single beds. A second full bathroom, fitted with a bath, washbasin and toilet, is located on this floor. Additional sleeping space for two people is available on the double sofa bed (140 x 190 cm) in the living room, and a cot can be provided.
