Whangamata getaways are best "On the Bright Side". This vibrant beach house is full of personality - and is perfectly located just a flat 7-minute walk from Whangamatā Beach and Williamson Park, and only a 2-minute drive to the town centre.
Boasting colour, character and coastal charm, this modern home offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms (including an ensuite), large well-equipped kitchen, and a spacious open-plan living area with polished concrete floors.
Enjoy your morning coffee from the espresso machine, or fire up the BBQ after a day at the beach. There's plenty of board games, books, boogie boards and beach toys provided to keep everyone entertained.
The internal-access garage is available for storing beach gear, bikes and holiday essentials, although it is not suitable for parking a vehicle.
The home features WiFi, Smart TV, SKY (all channels including sports) and surround-sound.

STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
