The apartment is entirely at your disposal and comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. It features two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious open-plan living area, and a fully equipped kitchen designed for self-catering stays.
For families traveling with children, it is possible upon request to add up to two single beds (one per room), offering additional flexibility. An additional fee applies. The standard capacity is 4 guests.

Located in a quiet residential area, the apartment offers peace and privacy. It is not suitable for parties, stays focused on nightlife, or very late returns, but rather for guests who wish to reconnect with nature, explore the region, and recharge in a serene setting.

We kindly ask our guests to respect the atmosphere of the house and the surrounding area.
- Please remove your shoes inside the apartment (eco-friendly slippers are provided)
- Smoking is permitted only in the designated outdoor areas
- Only registered guests are permitted on the property
- The apartment is not suitable for parties or events
- Guests are expected to arrive at the property by 2:00 a.m., when the gate closes automatically. Late-night returns are not appropriate given the nature of the property.
