THE SPACE
Centred on a bright open courtyard, the riad was fully renovated in traditional Moroccan style, with zellige tilework, arches and tadelakt finishes, and is designed for relaxed, effortless stays: natural light, quiet surroundings and a refined atmosphere throughout.

The riad is set in a lively yet authentic part of the medina, a few minutes on foot from Jemaa el Fna. Traditional bakeries, small cafes, local shops and excellent restaurants are nearby. The area reflects real neighbourhood life: gentle activity by day and noticeably calm in the evenings. You may occasionally see local families or children passing through the lanes, which is a normal part of daily life in the old city. Guests consistently mention how quiet the riad is once inside, while remaining central.

HOUSE POLICY AND LOCAL REGULATIONS
This riad is a private, family friendly home in the historic medina. In line with local regulations, and for the comfort, safety and privacy of all guests and neighbours, only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted inside the property at any time. Visitors, parties, events or additional unregistered guests are not allowed, including late night visitors.

The home is best suited to families, couples and respectful travellers seeking a calm and authentic Marrakech experience. If your stay involves nightlife, entertaining visitors or hosting gatherings, this property will not be a good fit. Breach of these rules may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund, in accordance with platform policy and local requirements.
