Little Sea Folly is a fabulous beach house with amazing sea glimpses and a lovely enclosed garden. This wonderful holiday home is just a short walk from both the glorious golden sands of Perranporth Beach and its bustling town centre, which is full of independent shops, cafes and restaurants; everything holiday makers could need.
Beautifully presented throughout, this light and airy holiday home features up-side-down living. The first floor features a delightful balcony which overlooks the garden and sea beyond; this is accessed via the lovely dining room where everyone can gather round the large table and enjoy family feasts. Whip up lazy breakfasts or wonderful home-made delights in the well-equipped kitchen; and with the handy dishwasher you will find clean up a breeze.
Two out of the three bedrooms are located on the ground floor; both twin rooms which can be super-kings on request and also have direct access out to the enclosed garden. These two bedrooms are serviced by the family bathroom with a shower over bath, wash basin and WC. The final bedroom is located on the second floor and not only enjoys a king-size bed but beautiful views over Perranporth, towards the beach and out to sea; it also comes with its own en-suite shower room. Outside, via the ground floor is a lovely and enclosed garden with a decked area, patio and barbecue.
The property has been fitted with state of the art solar panels which are connected to a SolarEdge battery, with such it is capable of producing the property with half the energy needed required in the winter and significantly more in the summer; when coupled with the heat pump and high levels of insulation, the owners have come a long way in de-carbonising their home and taking the next step to sustainable holiday homes in Cornwall.
While Little Sea Folly is only open out of season, it is available for larger groups for year-round reservations, sleeping a total of 10 guests, making it the perfect choice for families and friends looking to enjoy this wonderful retreat together.
