Farmhouse Apartment with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, Full Kitchen, Laundry, and private entrance on an 18-acre rustic gated farm. Free Parking on Premises. Access to SAUNA/Hot tub/Cold Plunge, Home gym, Porch Library, Pond, BBQ area, Fire pit, Community garden, walking trails and outdoor Movie Screen.
New 0.8 mile Hiking trail wraps around the farm. There are goats, bunnies, guinea pigs and chickens, so you are welcome to get fresh eggs daily.
The farm is near restaurants, bars and shops, 30 mins to DC and DCA, 10 mins to Costco.

• This is a nature-based farm environment — you may encounter wild and farm animals, sounds of nature, uneven ground, bugs, weather, and occasional farm activity.

May not be ideal for:
