About this apartment rental
A recently renovated property located on the first floor of a traditional building in the center of Naples (no elevator). The apartment features three bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom, a furnished outdoor area, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. The bedrooms are spacious, with very high ceilings that create a feeling of airiness. Each room features a double bed with hypoallergenic “Made in Italy” mattresses and pillows, individually controlled air conditioning, a 33-inch Full HD Smart TV, and double-glazed windows with thermal breaks for optimal insulation against noise and temperature fluctuations. Each room also features a fully furnished outdoor area with tables and chairs. All bathrooms are en suite and come complete with a bidet, hairdryer, and welcome kit, featuring spacious showers that can be either walk-in or with a convenient saloon-style door. The showers feature a large rain showerhead and a convenient handheld showerhead.
The location is excellent: we’re just a few minutes’ walk from Central Station, the ferry terminal, and the “Duomo” stop on Metro Line 1. Although it’s right in the city center, the house doesn’t face any streets with heavy car or bus traffic, ensuring a pleasant and peaceful setting.
The ideal choice for those looking for a new, comfortable place to stay in the heart of authentic Neapolitan life.
