The wraparound deck brings outdoor living in, providing protection from the weather while allowing year-round mountain views. You’ll find a barbecue grill, plenty of outdoor furniture for romantic sunset-watching, porch swings for lazy afternoons, games, a custom alfresco dining table, and a bubbling hot tub for relaxing muscles after a day of adventuring. Roast marshmallows and tell scary stories under the stars at the firepit - with absolutely stunning views of what our galaxy can offer.

We had an amazing seven day stay here at The Overlook. The home was beautiful and the views were even better. We spent every morning and night on the deck watching the sun rise and set over the mountains, whether it was in the hot tub or the outdoor couches. The beds were all very comfortable and lots of extra blankets for relaxing inside/outside on the couches. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed for our weeklong stay. The air conditioning worked great during the hot days when we needed it. The location was perfect for us. During our stay we traveled to Blue Ridge, Dahlonega, Amicalola, Chattanooga, and Fort Mountain. In regard to the location, the GPS did take us right to the front door. If you enjoy the mountains and hiking, this place is for you.Somone mentioned in the reviews in regard to the neighbors. The closest neighbor is almost a mile away, and the last time I checked, you can't choose your neighbors. Don't let the mention of the neighbors hinder your trip to this beautiful home! We had an amazing trip and plan to come back during the fall time!

House was cute, but could have been cleaned better prior to our stay. I reached out regarding dirty sheets left on the downstairs bed, and never heard back.
