Beautiful home with all the amenities we were seeking for our quiet get away, close to the things we wanted to do and see. We looked forward each evening to sitting out on the deck to feed and watch the deer.

The home was exactly as in the pictures. Inside the home was very clean. Unfortunately, the back porch had not been cleaned. We had to blow the back porch and wash the chairs ourselves in order to sit out and enjoy the fireplace. The sheets were paper thin and when we removed the sheets the mattress cover was urine stained. I have a picture I can share. We were only given one washcloth per person which was disappointing. We would stay again however I would bring my own sheets.

This is our second stay here; we came last year and knew we wanted to come back. You won’t find a cleaner or more pristine cabin or nicer accommodations anywhere. The decor is lovely and the kitchen is stocked with anything you could need. You will want to feed the deer from the upper covered porch, so bring a bag of deer corn. Be sure to visit the Pink Pig. Their brisket tacos are delish!
