About this house rental
The Casita Brisas del Sol is a very comfortable and relaxing space located on the beach. You practically go down the stairs and you're there. Beautiful views of the river and sunsets. It has a very spacious room plus 2 small beds to have a small rest or also sleep there.
It is suitable for only 3 people, either a couple and a teenager or three friends. The space is not shared with anyone, only those who rent it.
The space
One private room with a king-size bed... one bathroom. And in the living room area, we have an extra bed for a 3rd guest. Sharing the BA and everything in the house. Las Brisas is exclusive to the guest who books it. It is not a common area.
Guest access
On the beach side we have exclusive beach umbrellas and chairs for our clients. It is the only place that is shared as well as we also have an office for any questions or concerns. They are there from 9am - 5pm.. after there I, the host, take care of the needs
Other things to note
Our accommodation requires GAS to use the stove and hot water. If these do not work, please let us know in advance so that they can be replaced with a new one.
