Our house is in a prime location, nestled in the mountains of the Sölktäler Nature Park in Kleinsölk. Are you looking to unwind, forget about everyday life, and find your inner peace? Then you’ve come to the right place here in the Sölktal Valley in Styria. We take care of our guests’ well-being in a family-friendly atmosphere—because you are our top priority.
Relax in one of our comfortable apartments. We offer our guests 4-star apartments that comfortably accommodate the whole family thanks to their spacious layout. A ski room and bicycle storage room are available to our guests free of charge.
Winter Vacation—Ski Area and Snow Fun for the Whole Family
In winter, our region enchants visitors as a family-friendly snow paradise. For skiing, head to the 4-Mountain Ski Area in the Schladming region, which is practically right on our doorstep (19 km to the ski area entrance) and very easy to reach. Away from the slopes, you can enjoy snowshoe hikes through untouched nature, fun sledding trips, and plenty of space for snowball fights and building igloos.
To save time once you arrive, you can purchase your ski pass from home :)

THE KROMARIN
Costs arrival: You’re welcome to have the tiled stove heated; this will be billed on site. Final cleaning is included in the price. The overnight stay tax is €2.50 per person per night. Use of our own spring water is free of charge.
Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00, and check-out is from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
