Check-in is done directly at the building’s front desk. After confirming your reservation, you’ll receive a numeric code to open the digital lock and access the apartment easily.

The building is located in a strategic area with easy access to restaurants, shopping centers, supermarkets, and the city’s main avenues. Transportation options and nearby services are also easily available.

Other Things to Note:

The apartment is NOT pet-friendly.

Smoking: Please do NOT smoke inside the apartment. You may do so on the balcony or in the designated smoking areas within the building amenities.



There is construction taking place near the building. Between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., some noise may be noticeable. Outside of these hours, the surroundings are quiet and safe. Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable as possible, so we provide earplugs upon request.



Pool & Solarium: Guests may use the pool throughout their stay, from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.



Gym: Guests over the age of 15 (fifteen) are allowed to use the gym, from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
