Chegamos na sexta à noite já tarde, não tivemos nem como ir para outro lugar por conta do horário e cansaço. O lugar era

Nada!!!! Não acreditem nas fotos! Fomos enganados e o quarto que recebemos não tem nada do que está nas fotos.

Recebemos a acomodação 719, não não tinha nada de parecido com as das fotos. Era repleto de baratas, caindo aos pedaços, cheio de mofo… um completo horror.

A localização é muito boa, o apartamento é bonito

Achei péssimo, sem internet, a tv da sala e a do quarto não pegava, a cama muito desconfortável, ligamos para o rapaz e ele ficou nos enganando dizendo que estava indo resolver as tvs e que a senha da Internet estava falando com a operadora, resumindo péssimo atendimento e sem tv e sem Internet . O restante funcionou. O flat muito organizado. Os funcionários do flat são bons

Nas acomodações Tv da sala quebrada, móvel de vidro da sala tbem quebrado com risco de acidente doméstico, ar não gelava bem só ventilando, espelhos sujos, flat sem internet e por fim o box com um dos lados quebrados o que deixava apenas uma brecha super apertada pra passar.

Foi um imenso transtorno para todos nós e fiquei com enxaqueca por tamanho descaso na comunicação.

Não gostei de nada. Fui muitíssimo mal atendida e até o momento estou sendo ignorada no meu pedido de reparação.

Fiz reserva no Holandas Prime Black e me acomodaram no Holandas Residence. O apartamento estava em péssimas condições (tinha um buraco na porta de entrada, um vão imenso na bancada da cozinha aparentemente de um cooktop que foi retirado, não tinha papel-higiênico, faltou roupa de cama, a internet não funcionava, a tv não funcionava, não havia qualquer apoio nos quartos ou nbanheiro para objetos, não havia guarda-roupa ou qualquer armário, nem bancada de apoio, as malas ficaram no chão, nem no banheiro tinha qualquer lugar para apoiar o sabão de banho, nem para toalhas, a tampa do vaso estava quebrada e o assento solto, o que foi um risco para todos os hóspedes, principalmente para a criança e a idosa do grupo. A proposta do concierge foi a mudança de endereço para outro prédio distante, o que não foi possível por conta do compromisso que a família tinha no dia da hospedagem (só fiquei uma noite- ainda bem!). Não me respondem no whatsapp e nem na plataforma Booking.
