Extremely good location. Very comfortable and clean. The place was decorated lovely and smelt fresh. A very nice place to stay.
The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. The key collection and drop off was a faff, i was sent all around Leeds to try and drop a key off. If you don’t have lots of time to spare or you don’t drive i wouldn’t recommend. It’s really put me off staying again.

Very clean and comfortable. The location was very central.
However a number of expected items were missing … there wasn’t a hairdryer, there were no coat hangers, there were no tidy bins in the kitchen or the bathroom and there were no bulbs in the bedroom lamps.
The check in process was abysmal, I got the apartment key from a vape shop round the corner but I was given the wrong details regarding access to the building and had to wait 2 hours for the cleaner to turn up with her own spare keycard. She kindly went out of her way and without her help god knows how I would have managed. She was a star.
The hassle when we were ready to leave was unforgivable … the property ‘team’ expected us to walk to a Morrison’s filling station 40 minutes from the property and deposit the key and then 40 minutes back to the railway station.
I left the outside keycard in the apartment and took the key back to the vape shop no doubt much to the annoyance of the ‘team’. Next time I’ll stay in a hotel, it’s easier.
