The accommodation is in a great location; the beach is just minutes away. It is quiet at night. The air conditioning is highly efficient.
Unfortunately, parking arrangements are not ideal. Although guests receive a parking card that allows them to use public street parking, it is not valid for every spot; furthermore, the designated parking areas are often full during peak tourist seasons, so finding a space is largely a matter of luck. The number of paid parking spaces is also very limited during these times. If you park in an unauthorized spot, you risk a €35 fine—potentially on a daily basis.
