Excellent central location in a safe neighbourhood. Communication was good, and the team responded promptly to messages. The apartment was modern, well maintained, and in good condition. We also appreciated being able to leave our luggage before check-in and after check-out. Finally, the staff member I met when collecting our luggage was extremely kind, professional, and seemed genuinely apologetic about the issues we experienced.
The check-in (4:00 PM) and check-out (11:00 AM) times were not very flexible. While I understand that these policies may be necessary for operational reasons, they were not ideal.
As we were already in London in the morning and were unable to check in before 4:00 PM, we decided to spend the day sightseeing. However, when we returned to the apartment at around 8:00 PM, we discovered that the sheets for the bed where our children were supposed to sleep, had not been provided.
I contacted the host, and the sheets were delivered approximately two hours later, at around 10:00 PM. By that time, our children were already asleep, and we had to use bath towels to cover the mattress. Although I informed the host of the situation, no replacement towels were offered, and we had to wash them ourselves.
In addition, there was no toilet paper in the apartment upon our arrival. As a result, we had to go late in the evening to a grocery store to purchase some before we could begin our evening routine with our young children.
Overall, the stay was pleasant, mainly thanks to the excellent central location. However, considering the price we paid, we honestly expected a significantly higher standard of service and attention to detail.
