Details matter. Rooms were new and beautiful. Found a sock from the last guest. Breakfast and snack area felt lack luster. Wished there was something more exclusive to the stat than the athletic club. The pools are the real draw, would have been nice to have exclusive time at the pools.

Location! Brandi and Doug provided excellent customer service

Paying $500 a night, it would have been nice to have 2 ply toilet paper, bottle of water in the room and shampoo and conditioner bottles in shower

Room sizes were a little small, but it’s a boutique hotel. Everything was beautifully decorated with historic pictures and even a pair of antique gloves in a shadow box in our room.
