This place is very carefully thought out and it shows! It is spacious and my kind of clean (which says a lot!), the sheets smelled fresh, the dishes and cupboards squeaky clean, and I can walk barefooted about the home. There are many updated windows on both floors with intact screens to capture a fresh breeze and natural light. The home has everything you need including paper products, coffee, ice cubes, and there was a complimentary bottle of water in the fridge. The two bedrooms upstairs have plenty of room to file away clothing if needed and one mattress is soft while the other is firmer for different tastes. The WiFi is good. The water pressure is good. The home is 15 mins (or so) drive from the airport. The taxi driver from the airport suggested to get a timed UBER car back if you have an early morning flight, and the property host / owner confirmed this. The property host / owner is on point in responding to any and all needs with prompt returned messages. No need for a car if you are able bodied. The local small market / store for a few essentials is a 13 minute walk on a slight slope of downhill towards the ocean. This is Market Voulgaris. They had everything for a 2 night stay. There is local tavern even closer on the corner to walk for dinner. Taverna Miteran. It’s Greek-Turkish food, tasty, with good service, and only a 4 minute walk. The neighborhood feels safe; a group of elementary school kids plays outside in the evening in the street. Here you have a village vibe with all the nearby city amenities. If you brought a sunbathing suit you can choose to sit on the top balcony to catch some sunshine or go to the beach which is about a half hour walk. I went to the Cozy Beach Bar where chairs are €10 for two with an umbrella for the day and the water is swim friendly. The neighbor’s cat has the name of Artemis.
Apple Maps didn’t like the address for some reason and I got misnavigated x2. Google Maps does ok.

The host’s communication and responsiveness was fantastic. The property itself was quite clean and comfortable, and their assistance with coordinating airport transit and dinner recommendations nearby were much appreciated.
The upstairs AC is quite good, but it would be great if the downstairs had an AC unit as well.
