Unsafe key setup, nonexistent host emergency support, complete lack of communication.

Do not stay here if you value your safety or basic customer service. This property utilizes an incredibly unsafe shared keysafe system where multiple guests rely on a single key outside. One night during our stay, the other guest failed to put the key back in the safe. As a result, my party and I were completely locked out on the street in central Paris all night long. The host explicitly promised 24/7 availability at the start of our stay. This was a lie. We made multiple attempts to contact them during the night, but received zero response, zero emergency assistance, and no alternative contact number. We were stranded on the street until 7:00 AM the next morning when the other guest finally opened the door on their way out. Since the check-out date, the host has completely ghosted us and ignored every single message requesting a resolution or compensation. Absolute breach of trust and a terrifying safety failure. Avoid this place at all costs.
