One of the best rental experiences we have had. Gorup Palace Residence has a wonderful upscale, old-European feel, with beautiful hardwood floors, exceptionally large rooms, a huge living room, separate office and study spaces, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. The windows have modern shutters, mosquito screens and double-pane glass, and we felt extremely comfortable and safe throughout our stay. Having our own parking space inside the courtyard was another big plus.
But what really sets this property apart is Peter. After 22 rental stays, he is the most thoughtful host we have encountered. He seems to have anticipated his guests' needs down to the smallest detail: complete toiletries, feminine hygiene products, basic pain medication, an extraordinary selection of kitchen utensils and equipment, coffees and teas, and even a QR code with his personal recommendations for places to visit and eat. A bottle of wine waiting on the table was a lovely welcome.
His communication was excellent. He met us exactly when we arrived, personally walked us through the apartment, and made it clear he was available if we needed anything.
And the location is excellent — just a few blocks from the heart of Ljubljana.
Two minor things for future guests to know: the apartment is on the third floor and there is no elevator, and this spacious two-bedroom apartment has one bathroom. Neither was an issue for us.
Beautiful apartment, outstanding location and an exceptional host. Peter has created the kind of place where you immediately feel that someone has genuinely thought about your comfort. We would gladly stay here again.

Greeted on arrival by our lovely hosts. Apartment was exactly as shown in the photos, spacious, airy, spotless and every detail thought of to make our stay perfect. Rooms large, loads of storage, and full kitchen. In the old town, close to everything including the only 100% gluten free restaurant in Ljubliana which was an added bonus for us.
Only downside was the one bathroom for the 4 of us but it was a very small issue. Would totally stay here again if visiting.

Dieses Apartment ist aussergewöhnlich schön!
Es ist super sauber, ist bis ins kleinste Detail ausgedacht, und die Lage ist top.
Die Gastgeber sind extrem hilfsbereit und total nett. Unser Wohnmobil hatte auf ihrem Parkplatz leider keinen Platz - sie machten Taxidienst, hin und zurück!
Wenn wir wieder einmal nach Ljubljana kämen, dann nur hierhin!
