The customer service, the staff and management were exceptional! and very accommodating!
Rooms were a bit small and also the food at the restaurant is very expensive compared to what you find in town. I was not pleased with the booking however it would be good if they planned for guests to pay in EUR. When the convert to CAF its more expensive than what was on booking.com!

What I liked most about the property was how welcoming and accommodating the staff were. They went out of their way to make sure I had a pleasant stay, and nothing ever seemed like too much trouble.
The restaurant was excellent. The chef prepared a delicious chicken dish with spices and vegetables that was full of flavor. I also had the chance to try attiéké for the first time it looks a bit like quinoa but has its own unique taste and texture, and I really enjoyed it.
The room was clean, comfortable, and serviced every day, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would happily stay here again.
There wasn’t much to dislike about my stay. If I were to suggest one area for improvement, it would be the breakfast. The selection was good overall, but the coffee wasn’t always readily available and sometimes had to be requested. That said, the staff were always friendly, attentive, and happy to provide anything that was missing.
One other point worth mentioning is that the hotel is located near a nightclub, and on some evenings the music could be quite loud until late at night. Fortunately, this didn’t happen every night, so it wasn’t a major issue. Overall, it was still a very enjoyable stay.
