Appartamento nuovissimo, cucina ben fornita, posizione vicinissima per raggiungere il centro della città e la spiaggia, host disponibilissimo, servizi impeccabili.
Manca ascensore quindi si sale dalle scale è un po’ piccolo per 4 persone

Everything was perfect!
Prime location, easy walk to town and beaches.
The apartment was Modern, Super clean, all the amenities you need for your stay and there was an amazing view from the little patio.
Giuseppe the property manager was also great - always helpful and responsive!

A brand-new, stylish, and ergonomically designed apartment close to the Old Town. It is conveniently located near a small market and a supermarket—both situated on the way to the South Bay, which begins just a 5–7 minute walk behind the building (via a nearly direct route). At the same time, the balcony offers a wonderful view of the North Bay (it takes about 15 minutes to walk there—and to the bus station and hypermarket—if you take the stairs rather than the longer route suggested by Google Maps). The description of the amenities is completely accurate; the apartment also includes a hairdryer and a freestanding drying rack for laundry. The cookware selection includes several pots and pans of various types and sizes. All appliances are new and modern.
Everything is great. An iron would have come in handy.
