Ideally located between the Ardèche Gorges, the Ruoms Gorge and the unspoilt Ibie Valley, this charming traditional stone house enjoys an exceptional setting on the heights of the picturesque village of Labeaume. Built from local stone on a natural, flower-filled and tree-lined rocky plot, it combines authentic character with comfort and serenity. Carefully renovated using quality materials, the house features tasteful décor, elegant furnishings and a soothing atmosphere. The cosy living room opens onto a sunny terrace, while the spacious dining room leads to two shaded terraces, perfect for outdoor meals. Labeaume enchants visitors with its cobbled lanes, covered passageways, stone houses and dramatic limestone cliffs overlooking the River Beaume. Nearby, enjoy swimming, walking and cultural events, including the Labeaume en Musiques festival. The Pont d’Arc, Chauvet 2 Cave, Bois de Païolive, Cirque de Gens and many other natural and cultural treasures are all within easy reach.
