Lage passt

Die Lage ist gut und die Wohnung war sauber.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schlecht. Nachdem wir eine Ausweiskopie an eine andere, als in der Annonce genannte, Telefonnummer per WhatsApp schicken sollten, war bereits eine Alarmglocke an. Nachdem dann, trotz Erfassung meiner Kreditkartendaten, ein externer Link zu Zahlungsaufforderung kam habe ich booking.com kontaktiert. Dort zuerst eine ähnliche Reaktion. Dann jedoch die Info, dass sie den Vermieter kontaktieren und ich eine E-Mail des Vermieters erhalte. Anstatt einer E-Mail kam einige Stunden später ein Anruf als wir bereits vor Ort waren. Etwas beruhigter haben wir die Zahlung über den link geleistet. Zur vereinbarten Uhrzeit kam jedoch keine Info über die Schlüsselhinterlegung. Telefonisch war es erst wieder schwierig durchzukommen. Die Nerven lagen ein wenig blank. Letztendlich kam dann doch per WhatsApp ein Video mit dem Weg zum Schlüsselsafe. In der Wohnung angekommen stellten wir fest, dass es für die reservierte Ausziehcouch kein Betttuch gab. Es waren keine Handtücher vor Ort. Auf Rückfrage schrieb der Ansprechpartner doch wirklich: Check well please. Also, wir hatten definitiv nicht Ostern und wir haben bereits alles zu dritt durchsucht. Erst nach nochmaliger Beschwerde beim Vermieter kamen die Handtücher im Laufe des nächsten Tages. Ein Unding!. Der Toaster ist defekt, die Decke bröckelt in mehreren Räumen ab, der Rauchmelder liegt abgebaut auf dem Schrank, ... . Ich würde, glaube ich, über vieles hinwegsehen wenn die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter bzw. Host vor Ort besser gewesen wäre und wir zumindest Handtücher taggleich bekommen hätten. So jedoch, nicht zu empfehlen. Für diejenigen die, vielleicht wie ich auch, denken: Kommunikation ist keine Einbahnstraße: ja, das sehe ich auch so und achte wirklich darauf. Naja, zumindest die Lage ist gut und es war kein Scam😆
