Rewelacja. Polecam wszystkim, którzy cenią sobie przytulny klimat i starszy styl.

lokalizacja świetna, 3 minuty od stacji metra. Mieszkanie pięknie urządzone i świetnie wyposażone.

Jedyna negatywna rzecz jaką zauważyłem to prysznic, który pomimo tego, że jest nowy i porządny, jest tak skonstruowany, że ciężko jest nie rozlać wody na podłogę podczas mycia.

Największy atut to bliskość do stacji metra Służew. Polecam to mieszkanko.

Bliskośc do metra. Wychodzi się z metra Służew i za 50 metrów jest blok Kmicica 1. Ciche sąsiedztwo. 3 piętro. Mieszkanie blisko windy. Bardzo dobry kontakt z wynajmującym. Nowoczesny aneks kuchenny wyposażony we wszystko. Nowoczesna łazienka (przystosowana nawet dla osób niepełnosprawnych), bardzo duża kabina prysznicowa plus udogodnienia dla osób na wózku. Balkon typu loggia.

Niektórym osobom może przeszkadzać przestarzały wystrój w mieszkaniu (pokoju), Mnie to nie przeszkadzało. Niewielka umywalka.

lokalizacja świetna, 3 minuty od stacji metra. Mieszkanie pięknie urządzone i świetnie wyposażone.
