A good and practical place near Mita metro station served by 2 metro lines, allowing for easy access to all parts of Tokyo. The apartment is small but functional and has 2 A/C units (one in the kitchen and one in the bedroom), which is nice, especially during the more hot and humid months of the year.
A bit small, especially if one is with 3 adults in the apartment.

Location was fantastic. Also very clean and good AC.
Lock was rather haphazard. Key code was wrong and then on last day we needed the alternative physical key (again). Hat to call Japanese number on mobile phone to get help.
Hot water was intermittent.
Also: this is not one apartment. It’s two apartments separated by lockable doors with a public area in between.
