I had a wonderful stay at Centoria Hotel. The hotel is in a quiet and peaceful area, yet very close to the airport and conveniently located near the city center. The location was perfect for exploring Ho Chi Minh City while still enjoying a calm environment. The room was very clean, modern, spacious, and comfortable. As a solo traveler, I felt safe throughout my stay. The reception was staffed 24 hours a day, so there was always someone available to help. The staff were friendly, supportive, and always willing to assist. Although their English was limited, communication was still easy enough, and they always tried their best. I also rented a scooter directly from the hotel, which was very convenient. There was plenty of space to park the bike without any issues. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay and would happily choose this hotel again.
Nothing major. The only minor issue was that English communication could sometimes be a little challenging, but the staff were always polite, patient, and helpful, so it was never a problem.
