Byłam zachwycona jakością wykończenia mieszkania i jego wystrojem. Mieszkanie znajduje się w nowym bloku z windą w odległości krótkiego spaceru od plaży. Na wyposażeniu znajduje się wszystko czego potrzeba. Podróżowałam z małym dzieckiem i ważna dla mnie była możliwość przygotowywania posiłków w kuchni- nie zawiodłam się, kuchnia jest dobrze wyposażona. Klimatyzacja jest sterowana centralnie, w oknach rolety zewnętrzne, dzięki czemu wieczorem jest cicho. Nie słyszałam hałasów od sąsiadów - mieszkanie jest dobrze wyciszone. W pobliżu bloku znajdują się sklep z owocami i warzywami, bar, mały supermarket, piekarnia.
