Great location - 10 mins walk from Station, close to a big square & less than 5 minutes to Port/heart of old Town.
Clean and amenities great.
Very good comms on WhatsApp with Agent. Only in Italian but easy to use google translate!
The only reason I didn't give score of 10 was the 40ish steps to get to 2nd floor. But not difficult to walk up & down even for a 62 yr old with a case! - just wanted to put so you're aware.

Nice apartment all new with almost everything you need. Great location. Just be aware of the quite hard stairs at the entry. The owner was very kind though and took my luggage all the way up and down.
Minor thing but would have been great to find shampoo and body wash and a few more utensils in the kitchen

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement et nous le recommandons vivement !
L’appartement est superbe, tout neuf, très propre, confortable et parfaitement équipé. Son emplacement est vraiment idéal, en plein centre de Monopoli, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de la ville et de tout faire facilement à pied.
Un grand merci également à Marcela et à Martino pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité. Ils ont été très réactifs et à l’écoute tout au long de notre séjour. Nous avons notamment eu un petit souci avec l’électricité, qui a été pris en charge super rapidement et avec beaucoup de gentillesse.
Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié leur flexibilité à notre arrivée : ils nous ont attendus très tard pour nous accueillir, et nous les en remercions sincèrement.
