I liked everything its close to the beach,comfortable,main supermarkets were close.

Top Lage mit einem schönen Pool!
Der Gastgeber sehr nett und zuvorkommend!
Für eine Nacht hat alles gepasst.
Das Apartment hat leider etwas nach Schimmel gemufelt und die Feuchtigkeit war extrem hoch.
Eine Erneuerung der Möbeln wäre nicht schlecht.

The location is great indeed, the pool is very nice and the area is well maintained, also you have your own parking lot. The apartment itself has all the facilities listed by the host, including a dishwasher, washing machine and one AC unit in the living room. It also comes with a spacious terrace wich we enjoyed a lot.
There is a big problem with the smell, as other guests mentioned before: the whole apartment smells like cigarettes so bad, that it can not be solved by opening the windows or turning the AC on. The whole furniture needs to be replaced as it smells like cigarettes, like you are in an old smoking pub. We couldn't even put our clothes in the wardrobe because it smelled sooo bad. Anyway, we had to wash all of our clothes after arriving home, even the ones we didn't even get to wear on our vacation, because of the strong penetrating smell. Also, the TV wasn't working, the antenna cable was unplugged when we arrived, so we plugged it in, but there were no channels found at all. The furniture itself is very simple and minimalist, there are no hangers in the hall, no shelves in the bathroom. Also, would be nice to have a large mirror in the bedroom or in the living room, so you can check your outfit before living for dinner. The is only a small mirror in the bathroom. Overall, our stay wasn't bad because we had low exceptions based on previous guests comments, but there is much room for improvement indeed.
