Disappointing stay at a place with high potential.
Staff:
Some staff members were very nice and friendly. They were helping us in many things and suggesting the things that should have been suggested at the start, like what activities can be done, how to do them, etc.
Facilities:
The place is filled with a lot of options to play. They have a football field, a volleyball field, a table tennis table, a pool table, a kids playing area, horses and quad bikes that can be enjoyed. People can also enjoy bonfire in the evening with marshmallows (also provided by the hotel).
Breakfast:
The breakfast had some options and was nice on one out of the two days we were there. The fruit juice options available were really good.
Rooms:
The bungalows are nice, cosy and clean. They also provide a heater, that can be used during the cold season.
Feedback:
The place has high potential and has lots of fun activities for families to enjoy. I think the management needs to improve a lot and should think more about the requirements and comfort of the customers.
Staff:
- So we booked the hotel via booking.com with the option to pay during check-in. The hotel people were pestering us to pay 2 3 days before the check-in. In the end after arguing with them for 2 days, they were okay with us paying during check-in.
- The initial welcome was very poor. First, one person brought welcome drink for 3 people out of 7 after 10 mins in the waiting area with no one else, then made us sit another 15 mins and went on to get the rest of the drinks. A second person came and took us to show our rooms, where the first person then brought the rest of the welcome drinks. There was no introduction to the property, no mention of breakfast timings, no mention of the activities that could be done there, how and when to do them.
- There was no water in the bathrooms when we check-in and they said it will be fixed, which was for some time, but in the night there was no water again. But to their credit, this never happened again from the next morning.
- They did not provide any complementary drinking water initially, which is hard in a place outside of a town without drinking water from the tap. After complaining to them the next morning, first they said only paid water is available and we agreed to that. In the end they did not charge any money for the water and also provide some more in the rooms.
Breakfast:
The worst thing was, we ordered something for breakfast without meat and they agreed for that. We found some pieces of meat in the dish.
Also, it had it's ups and downs. One day we liked the breakfast, the second day it was very oily and we couldn't eat it.
Also, there is no milk coffee available and they charge you extra for some milk.
Facilities:
The facilities were decent. During our quad bike ride, only one was working well, the second had some problems initially and once started did not have any breaks and hence could only use it for a few

The dinner was below par.
