Beautifully decorated, comfortable accommodation. A bus stop very close by or a lovely walk into St Ives itself. The sunny back garden, which is enclosed for dogs, is a lovely addition.
As a newly refurbished property there were a few bits and bobs we would have liked for the kitchen. So close to 10/10 for us!

House was newly renovated and had a nice interior. The walk is around 15mins to the beach and train station.
- No soundproofing, there is a locked door separating to next doors flat but you can hear every conversation they had, child crying/playing, cooking etc.
- There were no cleaning facilities provided I.e. vacuum/broom/mop although we stayed for 4 nights for family of 4- mentioned to host.
- The property was very dusty especially in the bedrooms- i did mention to the host.
- Less that half a toilet roll was provided and garden wasn't usable.
- Parking is supposed to be for 4 cars (4 flats) it is on a slope with stones but 4 cars cannot fit comfortably, had to be woken early to move my car, on other nights the other guests parked across so I couldn't park at all there and had to find parking elsewhere.
