Nice mountain views from the balconies, overall not a bad place to stay for 1-2 nights, but lacks some simple things, for example: it has laundry machine, but no clothes drying rack, iron or ironing board. Place has potential, good for the budget, but also quite far from the Lecco town center (20 min walk). Good AC, just have to take into account that it is in the halfway by the bathroom so for both bedrooms to cool down you have to have doors open to both bedrooms, so that limits the privacy.
Some improvements would make it more attractive to rent again:
– No full size mirror
– No clothes drying rack
– No light in the second bedroom (doesn't work), also has some extra standing light in the bigger bedroom, but there is no lightbulb in it
– No towel hooks in the bathroom
– No iron or ironing board
– Only single pillow for each person – not a comfortable one
– Sheets were overall clean but had some permanent stains, did not bother staff about it because they ask you to only contact them after 18:00 if it's an emergency, I respect that, but at the same time – I would next time prefer the hotel that has a reception with available staff. That is my personal preference of course and not a fault of the apartment.
– There was shampoo but no soap in the shower (needed refill)
– No kettle or smaller bowls for cereal/yogurt (had a single large salad bowl)
– No sharp knife (just butter knifes)

The apartment is very spacious, modern, and feels brand new. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
The only negative aspect was the check-in process. Before arrival, every member of our family had to provide extensive personal information, including a selfie with their ID and a copy of the ID. While we understand that identity verification may be required, we felt the amount of information requested was excessive.
