⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Un soggiorno indimenticabile al Xhasen Hotel e Bar!
Abbiamo terminato il nostro soggiorno al Xhasen Hotel e Bar e posso dire senza esitazioni che è stata un'esperienza fantastica dall'inizio alla fine.
La nostra suite è semplicemente stupenda: dal primo momento ci ha colpito il design moderno e raffinato, con un'illuminazione d'atmosfera curata nei minimi dettagli e arredi di alta qualità. L'area con l'idromassaggio è un vero e proprio angolo di relax, perfetto per staccare la spina. Anche il bagno, moderno ed elegantissimo con i suoi rivestimenti scuri e l'effetto marmo, garantisce il massimo del comfort e una pulizia davvero impeccabile.
Un plauso speciale va a tutto il personale: super gentili, accoglienti e incredibilmente disponibili per qualsiasi necessità. Ci hanno fatto sentire davvero coccolati e a casa per tutta la durata della permanenza. Ottimo anche il bar dell'hotel, ideale per rilassarsi a fine giornata.
Abbiamo Lasciato la struttura a malincuore, ma con la certezza che torneremo di sicuro. Consigliatissimo a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno di classe e un servizio impeccabile!

Хороший дизайн, в номерах всё новое, чисто, есть всё необходимое. Персонал идёт на встречу и старается угодить клиентам. Нам поменяли номер по нашей просьбе. Нам нужен был отель на вечер рядом с вокзалом и этот вариант нас полностью устроил.
Нужно учесть что отель находится прямо у заправки, а на первом этаже находится круглосуточный бар. Для кого-то это может быть даже плюс. В нашем номере не было шумно, хотя окна выходили на дорогу.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Xhasen Hotel & Cafe in Tirana. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive and genuinely kind, always making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.
What really makes Xhasen stand out is the level of care and professionalism shown throughout the entire experience. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and you can tell that they genuinely value their guests rather than simply treating it as another stay. That personal touch makes such a difference.
The hotel itself was beautifully presented, clean and comfortable, and the cafe created such a lovely atmosphere. Everything was handled with great attention to detail, and the service remained excellent throughout.
If you are visiting Tirana and are looking for somewhere that combines quality, comfort and outstanding Albanian hospitality, I cannot recommend Xhasen Hotel & Cafe highly enough. A truly memorable experience and a place I would happily return to. Thank you to the entire team for making us feel so welcome!

Great hotel! The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. Free parking was available, and the 24/7 bar was a nice bonus. Communication with the property owner via WhatsApp was excellent—quick, direct, and always helpful. The city centre is about 15–20 minutes away by car, depending on traffic. There area lot of public parking lots with fair prices.
