The lady is very helpful, sympathetic and welcoming. The apartment is very clean and perfectly equipped No sunlight in the morning. Shower is good (hot water and pressure). Few restaurants 10-20 min away by walk. Little balcony is cool :-)
The location is a bit far from the city center if you don't have a car. The convertible is awful. Payment is cash only, meaning minimum 6€ at every ATM ! But for me, the worst were the neighbors and their little brads screaming and crying in the hallow every single morning between 6h45 and 7h00 but of course not the landlord's fault ...

15-20 minutes à pied des gares ferroviaire et de bus dans un quartier qui semble en pleine rénovation.
20-25 minutes à pied du centre et desservi par deux lignes de bus.
A l'écart du boulevard, donc très calme.
Hôte très sympathique et possibilité d'arriver dès 14h.
Café soluble et infusion à disposition.
Le lit, un canapé convertible, est un 120 cm. Les draps sont des draps de petit lit, donc un peu petits.
Cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un bonne nuit.
