10/10 – An exceptional experience.
The room was incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated in a traditional Japanese style, with thoughtful touches including tea, snacks and a local guidebook. The futon service was a lovely touch; returning from an onsen to find the room transformed into a comfortable sleeping arrangement, complete with fresh towels and yukata, made the experience feel truly special.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. In our opinion, the property is situated in the nicest part of town, conveniently located near the ropeway and Goshonoyu, our favourite onsen in Kinosaki.
We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone visiting Kinosaki.

L'accueil chaleureux, le bain onsen privé, la chambre impeccable, et la gentillesse de notre hôte qui nous a raccompagnées à la gare pour nous soulager des bagages.
