Well-Maintained and Quiet 3.5-Room Apartment in Residenza Belvair
This well-kept 3.5-room apartment is located in the quiet Residenza Belvair, featuring a cozy atmosphere with extensive wooden furnishings. The holiday apartment includes one bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds. It has a bathroom with a shower and another with a bathtub. There is a spacious living room with a dining area, Apple TV with Netflix (personal account required), an open, fully equipped kitchen, and a fireplace. From the living room, you can access the sunny south-facing balcony. A ski room is available for communal use, and a garage space can be rented for an additional fee.
In winter (from the first Monday in December until the first Sunday in April), Residenza Belvair offers a shared wellness area with a sauna, steam bath, relaxation area, showers, and fitness equipment.
The holiday home Residenza Belvair is situated at the entrance of Zuoz. The train station, tourist information, and Coop supermarket are just a few minutes' walk away. The cross-country skiing and golf center with a sports shop are also within walking distance.
