Spacious and modern 5-room apartment in a quiet location in Samedan.
This generous apartment offers sleeping arrangements and ample space for up to 6 people. The living room features a comfortable sofa, TV, and dining table. From the living room, you can access the west-facing balcony, which is equipped with a gas grill. The fully equipped kitchen also provides plenty of space. The apartment has three bedrooms in total, with the two master bedrooms each furnished with a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower. Access to the third bedroom with two single beds and a TV is granted through one of the master bedrooms. Both master bedrooms also have access to the east-facing balcony. There is an additional guest WC. The fireplace cannot be used for safety reasons.
A ski room and a shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer are available for communal use. This spacious apartment is located on the 3rd floor. The building does not have an elevator. From the parking area, there is an approximately 100-metre pedestrian path to the building entrance; it is not possible to drive directly to the building.
The apartment is in a good and quiet location. The train station, Coop supermarket, and village center are within a 10-15 minute walk.
