The hot tub,closeness to the shops
Not being able to find the property easily,. No number.getting the key box code a little later than 4,no plug in the kitchen sink,reported it,had to buy a bowl to wash-up. No welcome pack to say how things worked,nearest pharmacy,doctors, hospital etc. a few games a dvd player with some films,
cushions for the living room furniture would have made it more comfortable.would be better if there was a designated time for the hot tub man coming (daily) so we knew not to be in it.we were told about the quiet times on the site and adhered to them unfortunately the last 2 nights of our stay were completely ruined because of a group of women shouting,singing 2 caravans away till after 4am, we reported it at 11pm, quiet for 15 mins or so then it started again,
lastly on the description for the van it says hot tub,pets allowed, WiFi bed linen,
The WiFi in my opinion shouldn’t be there as it was to pay for separately if you wanted it
