Cute apt right across from river and Notra Dsme. Lots if restaurants snd cafes nearby. Well stocked . Owner very nice an

The location was excellent. It was well stocked with everything you could want or need. The owner was quick to respond when I had a problem with the key. I really appreciated his concern and making sure I figured out how to get into the apt.

VERY BAD!

Only the location, I wasnt able to sleep the last two nights there, I had to booked a hotel because it was imposible to sleep. The location is good and there is no noise from outside

I wasnt able to sleep the last two nights there, I had to booked a hotel because it was imposible to sleep because of the heat. Is a scam! Is not true that the apartment is 30sqm and there is no fire alarm, no sink in the kitchen, no windows, the air conditioned is not working correctly, all the heat goes to the interior of the tiny apartment and the water drainage goes to a 1lt BOTTLE OF WATER is super dangerous, the only window is in the bathroom and the shower doesnt have a curtain. Lights dont work, only two of them and its really dark inside. Im really dissapointed.

Very disappointed with the poor standard of that studio and angry and tired too as I did not sleep well due to the fault

I wanted to be lodged in the Latin Quarter because I was there many years ago and I liked that it was within walking distance to boulevard Saint Germain and other highlights of Paris.

To begin with, the explanations about how to have access to the studio were not clear-I had to call the owner and waited 45 mins for him in the street. It was a shock to see how crammed the bedroom was with a fridge,an oven,a cooking stove and a movable air conditioner which was not working properly-the bathroom had an old tub,a tiny washbasin and a toilet which leaked at times-no curtain for the tub and mats everywhere on the floor as it was always wet. This studio as it is needs a lot of repairs and refurbishment-I find it shocking that the owner is charging an outrageous price for it!
