The location is good, close to the beach and a supermarket, and the apartment is comfortable for a family.
Unfortunately, the agency managing the apartment is not professional enough when it comes to communication. The Wi-Fi only worked on the first day. We informed the agency about the issue, but they did nothing to resolve it. There were also a lot of ants in the kitchen, both on the work surfaces and on the floor. We reported this as well, but received no response.
Communication via WhatsApp was particularly disappointing. Every time we sent a message, we immediately received an AI-generated response, but there was no actual response from a member of staff.
Also, immediately after our arrival, a large wardrobe door fell down, which could have seriously hurt someone. Fortunately, nobody was injured.
Another issue was the lack of information regarding early check-in. For three days before our arrival, we received no confirmation as to whether early check-in would be possible, even though this was important for us because we were travelling with children. In the end, we found out that early check-in was not possible, but we would probably not have received an answer at all if we had not asked again after landing.
Overall, the lack of professional communication and the failure to address the issues we reported significantly affected our stay. For these reasons, we cannot recommend this accommodation.
