Esteticamente la stanza è bella ed accogliente

Che è bella solo esteticamente! - La scala per salire alla zona notte è molto stretta e cigola/traballa moltissimo - sembra di condividere la stanza con i vicini, senti qualsiasi rumore delle altre stanze! Persino i passi… Per fortuna abbiamo trascorso solo una notte

Camera bella ed in ottima posizione, ma priva di insonorizzazione

La stanza è bella, ampia, ben accessoriata e situata in una posizione eccellente vicina al mare.

Purtroppo l'assenza di isolamento acustico tra la stanza e il piano superiore ha compromesso la qualità del soggiorno. L'insonorizzazione è praticamente inesistente: sentivamo distintamente ogni passo e conversazione a tono normale dei vicini di sopra (che ci svegliavano ogni mattina all'alba) e viceversa. Questa situazione ha azzerato la nostra privacy e la libertà d'uso della stanza: abbiamo dovuto parlare sempre e solo sottovoce, rinunciare ad accendere la TV la sera e persino evitare di fare la doccia al rientro tardivo per paura di svegliare gli altri ospiti. La prima notte siamo stati persino aggrediti verbalmente dai vicini per il solo fatto di aver parlato a voce normale al nostro rientro all'1:00. La struttura ha un grande potenziale, ma finché non verranno presi provvedimenti sull'acustica è davvero difficile godersi una vacanza in relax.
