The location was good and convenient for exploring Florence on foot. The bed linen was clean, and the apartment had the basic amenities we needed to feel comfortable during our stay. The kitchen was functional and had everything necessary for simple meals and everyday use.
The building is quite old, and the staircase is very narrow and not particularly clean. Carrying our luggage up and down three floors was quite difficult and uncomfortable. The apartment itself also felt somewhat worn and could benefit from better maintenance and some renovation.
On our first day, we were unable to check in until 3:00 p.m. and had to wait for about an extra hour, which was inconvenient and affected our plans for the day.
There is no reception, as the property operates with self check-in. However, communication was good, and the staff responded to our messages very quickly.
