Very comfortable flat with everything we needed. A helpful host who met us and gave us the keys. No A/C but a good fan was provided that we used. The shower was also really nice! A short walk to the tram and convenient access to the centre of Karlsruhe.
The only minor downside was that I am also not a fan of synthetic bed covers: natural is more comfortable and better for the environment.

A nice very small apartment of one room plus small bathroom/laundry. Close to where I wanted to be. A lounge chair. Wifi. It had a fan for the hot weather. Quiet street.
No table and chairs was a challenge, small fridge, very limited cooking facilities. Needing to keep the blinds closed as apartments across the road could see all.
