Localização
O apartamento estava muito empoeirado e não era muito bem equipado. Fez falta não ter janelas.

The place is perfect, beautifully renovated, with heigh and vaulted stone ceilings. Everything is good about it: spacious, hyper central
(old town), elegant, newly renovated, pristine, with a washing machine (useful) and a kitchen; good bedding too.
Excellent AC system, working well
and very new and quiet, which is rare.
Also the thick stone walls and the practical ground floor location keep the place cool, which is a huge plus during hot summer days.
New kitchen equipment, working well.
Only minor things:
- are not enough coffee doses, bath products or other products (detergent doses for the washing machine) for a long stay, and no service at all for 4 nights, no cleaning or changing of towels (we had to wash an dry them ourselves with the machine) or bed sheets.
- Management was modded responding via messaging, but not to our demands for more coffee doses.
- Impossible to leave our luggage after the - quite early - checkout time, which is a problem when you travel.
- Also there is a need for a comfy armchair in the bedroom despite the sofa in the kitchen, and maybe a contemporary carpet for a more cosy atmosphere.

Excellent location and very clean. Located on the ground floor.
It took a long time for the hot water heater to heat up. And with the key card out of the door, the hot water heater doesn’t continue to heat.
