Poor maintenance, unacceptable cleanliness, zero consideration for guests, and a complete lack of basic amenities. This

It was in a good location.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. Do NOT stay here! We arrived to find that one of the two bathrooms had a problem, resulting in a very late check-in. We were four people staying for five days, and we had to share one bathroom for the entire stay because the other had no hot water! This is completely unacceptable. We were given only one set of keys, despite explaining that we were there on business and had different schedules. We were forced to coordinate our movements and wait for everyone to arrive together because there was no doorbell either. Whoever was inside had to go all the way to the entrance to let others in. When I requested spare keys, I was simply told they had none. Absolutely ridiculous. The cleanliness was another disgrace. We found hair left behind by previous guests and other unpleasant things I would rather not even mention. To make matters worse, we were left with just one thin towel for five days, with no replacement. It became wet and stayed wet because there was no bathroom heater to dry it properly. Not even a bottle of water was provided. Basic hospitality was completely absent. The way management handled the compensation request was particularly disappointing. After I raised these issues, management agreed to compensate us, but made that agreement conditional on us not leaving a negative review. We were willing to give them the opportunity to resolve the situation, but after agreeing to the compensation, they stopped responding and never followed through on their promise. In the end, we received neither the compensation that had been agreed upon nor a proper resolution to our complaint. This was extremely unprofessional and made an already unacceptable stay even worse.
