The apartment was exceptionally clean and very well equipped with everything we needed. We received a wonderful welcome, and the hosts were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The view from the apartment was absolutely stunning and truly made our whole trip unforgettable. We would highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again!🥰

Top Lage in der Altstadt von Passau. Direkt an der Donau. Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Parkmöglichkeiten in öffentlichem Parkhaus in der Nähe des Bahnhofs.
Folgende Rückmeldungen habe ich auch der Vermieterin zur Stellungnahme überreicht, leider hat sie sich nur für die mangelhafte Sauberkeit entschuldigt. Die anderen Probleme wurden nicht kommentiert. - Alle Rauchmelder ohne Funktion - Lose Steckdose im Bad am Spiegel - Loser Toilettensitz - Türgriff am Bad falsch eingebaut, außerdem quietscht die Türe - Löcher in der Wand neben dem Bett und im Eingangsbereich - Schmutz der Vorgänger in den Ecken, vor Allem im Bad und Wohnzimmer - Staub auf den Regalfächern im Bad - Sehr viele Spinnen, Fliegengitter wären sinnvoll - Abgenutzte Möbel - Kaum Platz, am Bett entlang zu laufen - Netflix + Prime nur mit eigenem Account, kein normales Fernsehen möglich, Fernseher hat eine sehr schlechte Bildqualität
